Having started career in IT, I have spent lot of time in Software Industry. I was predominantly into accepting unsolved problems in maintenance systems where the issues existed for years. My extreme patience in studying the information, building perspectives and ability to identify the right problem areas always makes my approach unique or unconventioanal. Due to this appraoch, I am always known to pick problems which others give up.

One such major achievement is building a model that can delivery high IELTS scores to individuals with certainity. The model is not about the trainer or material but the fundamental approach to learning. The model I have developed hinge on the fact if we understand the expectations from a system, have a means to articulate the current level of the candidate qualitiatively and identify clearly the missing parts and the nature of missing parts, it is very much possible to achieve High scores. Using this concept, developed assessment models which inturned helped 1000s of candidates achieve desired scores.

Currently developing a product extening the same concept which can help candidate understand the employers expectation exactly, assess the current level of the candidate qualitatively and the path to bridge the missing part. The product is poised to go live in March 2024.
